I love to teach and have taught as a guest lecturer at Master's level courses at the University of Southern California. I have tutored social sciences at the university level and have worked with adolescents and children in both therapy and tutoring environments. I was an actor/comedian before I went back to school and feel that humor is a great way to stay motivated and make learning fun. I have a unique way of helping students stay engaged by helping them personalize the material and find something they love about it; even if it seems challenging or boring. I am Forensic Psychologist so I tend to lean toward the social sciences; however, I tutor other subjects as well

Hobbies
I was a soccer player for nearly 20 years and am still very active. I love hiking with my dog...who I can bring with me to sessions if you are a dog lover. I love the arts and entertainment and creative people are my kind of people. Being a psychologist, I have a knack for reading people and assessing their needs. I feel that it is important to individualize learning; being that we all learn different ways through different styles. I will help you find yours. :)
